okay, so i've never bought egg noodles. i know, right? that's ridiculous. so i was using up some scraps in the fridge (bbq tandoori chicken, grilled beans, some bechamel, and thawed peas). oh that immensely happy color? i blossomed some saffron and mixed it into the sour cream/mayo mix. eat this for lunch and just TRY to be mopey afterwards.
