oh what's that?
oh, yeah, that's just this awesome salad that we had 2 weeks ago. sashimi grade tuna on sale at nugget had us experimenting with a pepper crust and a minute and a half on a george forman grill (thanks, blanca!).

also, it's got this balsamic and soy reduction, and i swear it took, like, five tries. i tried to make a small enough batch on a small saucepan to not have any leftovers (seriously, who needs a balsamic and soy reduction just hanging around in the fridge?) and i would turn my back for ONE (1) second and it would burn. i went through so much soy sauce. i added 3 pts soy and 1 pt balsamic vinegar, and just swirled on the bottom of a hot stainless steel pan.
