But here I am, cleaning up after the remains of a flawed afternoon. Sure they turned out okay (some might even go so far as to say "yummy"), but they very easily could not have, and that's my point. it's a matter of principle here.
the top was a mixture of blended egg, sugar, and coconut and it came out like a meringue when the baking time was up, but when i went to check underneath i saw that there was an underlayer of raw egg. Hidden death? I'm way onto you, CC.
So i took the top layer off (it's a little tasty treat) and shoved it back into the oven after i let it cool for a minute (wanted to see how much the eggs would cook with the heat already in there). It had to cook for another fifteen minutes or so, and the pictures are the end result. Yeah, they're tasty,
