Things to do with wonton wrappers, part 1

Orange Blossom Dessert Cups

I lined some cupcake tins with wonton wrappers, spraying with oil spray before and after they're shoved in, so essentially both sides of the wrappers are coated in a bit of oil. would taste really good if butter is used instead of spray.

bake @ 325 degrees for about 10 minutes, just watch closely to make sure they don't burn.

while this is going on, i sliced some mangoes pretty thinly and deseeded about a quarter of a pomegranate and put both in a bown with a little bit of sugar and about 3 or 4 drops of orange blossom water. it's really floral, and i haven't used it very often but it really makes a difference, i found. Throw this mix in the microwave for about 45 seconds so the mangoes get soft and the sugar has a chance to make a syrup.

Let the cups cool for a bit and line on a plate. put a dollop of whipped cream (thank you, fat free frozen whipped cream inventor) on the bottom and spoon over some of the fruit mix, making sure it's not superhot still.

note: these are freaking good.
