new work-in-progress, shameful remainder of work-in-progress

i'm doing some Boston Legal Marathon knitting lately thanks to sidereel.com, and i knit about 85% of this over the weekend. i'll be posting new color pictures soon.. the morning light was, i suppose, not very appreciative of this incredble forest green/hint of blue yarn. and it is SO soft. sometimes laceyarn is a little rough until you block it, but this Malabrigo Lace is like a cloud.

i've already put a bid on some grey/pink taupe Malabrigo on ravelry.com, and i'm carefully plotting out how to use the rest of my generous gift card to yarn.com to secure some more.
when this is finished, the "flames" won't look so puffy. they'll be pulled taut and it will end up being nice and lacey and wide.

also, the Task Bar of Shame still indicates that the Elefante is unfinished. Ashamed to admit that this is true.
