look at how awesome this yarn is!!! i'm officially on the Noro love bandwagon.
anyway, this is a touque for my papa for christmas. it's jared blood's turn a square pattern, and it's hard not to fall in love with a future finished object when you can see such gorgeous pictures of what it'll turn into on his website.
that being said, the pattern is awesome, and i have a feeling i'll be using up my big shipment of knitpicks worsted weight wool in chocolate brown to make these touques for all of the gentlement in my life. it's a friendly striping pattern; baby blues and goldens offset by rust and chocolate brown. all that to say that it's colorful without being unwearable.
