• 1 package of ground turkey (I think it’s 1.2 pounds)
• ½ pound or so of ground pork (Any more and your meatballs might have a hard time keeping their shape)
• Butter (doesn’t matter what kind, you’ll be using about a cup)
• 4 eggs
• little bit of milk
• 2 boxes of frozen chopped spinach.
• 1 package feta cheese
• 1 package firm tofu
• 2 onions
• breadcrumbs or 2 pieces of bread for making breadcrumbs
• frozen or canned corn
• sandwich-size Ziploc bags, saran wrap, maybe a couple of small containers
• parmesan cheese if you want to go crazy
• oregano, dried
• flour, salt, pepper, little bit of milk or cream
