i don't know why, but i always always crave hot soup in the summer. i swear we lived on this for a whole week and i'm still going to make it for lunch today. it's the best slurping soup. just takes some stock of some kind (dashi, chicken, etc) and miso paste, baby bok choy, dumplings, green onions, etc.
