shrimp lollipops, minus pops

these took about fifteen minutes even with frozen shrimp and dried noodles and took about one or two more ingredients than that. wowza.

basically, you boil a little bundle or two of the noodles (pictured below) and then after they taste about done, throw in the frozen shrimp and wait a little less than a minute, or until they're all looking juuuust pink, then strain everything and let it sit.

heat some oil up in a nonstick pan while you set yourself up.

pick out the shrimps and put them on a plate that you'll use to drain the finish product, and toss the noodles with a little less than a tablespoon of curry powder, salt, and pepper. the noodles should be sticky and as dry as possible. then take a little clump from one end and start winding it around a shrimp, holding it by its tail. i did not find any trouble with doing this... everything stuck where it should have. as you finish each one, put it in the pan, working in a clockwise pattern, that way you know where you should start your flipping. you're basically waiting for the bottom of shrimp thing to get a little firm when you apply a little pressure with your tongs. i do this on medium high heat, so this should go quickly. then just flip, wait, and transfer to some paper towels.
